After receiving a brief from you, I will design approx 10 logos, from that we can work out what your likes and dislikes are. We will then narrow them down to 2/3 which I will amend to suit.

WEBSITE INFORMATION

WEBSITE CREATION

I will send you a request form to fill out. Once I have received this I will send you 2/3 design ideas. I will then send you a sheet to fill out with all the information and images you require. Once I have uploaded all the information onto the site, I will allow you to preview it and request any changes you require at this point. I will then rectify these amendments and update you once they have been amended. I will allow for two more cycles of this process and will request written sign off (email is sufficient) and payment before adding your web address and pushing the site live.

WEBSITE UPDATES

Once the site is up and running, the monthly cost includes a maximum of 2 updates per month. These will be actioned within 3 working days of the original request where possible. Additional updates will be charged. 

My preference is to make the website as self sufficient as possible, so that you can concentrate on what you do best, but if for example you have a gallery page, updating images, or updating a testimonials page with new reviews, these can be done included as part of the 2x free monthly updates. Large updates such as adding pages or vast content changes may incur an extra charge.

BEING FOUND ON GOOGLE

Please be aware that just because you have a website, it doesn't mean that Google will find it and add it to the top of the search results for your companies industry. There are whole marketing agencies out there that focus purely on SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and are being paid £250+ per day to ensure their customers sites are at the top of Google. The SEO included with your site will be optimised to the best of my ability, but to ensure you are found on Google, the best option is to have a Pay Per Click advert. I am happy to manage these adverts for you at a rate of 20% of the total budget you set. These are only possible for certain industries.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU STOP PAYING MONTHLY?

If the monthly payment stops the site will be taken down and no longer be visible to the public.
